Elizabeth Reaser was born and was raised in Michigan, United States. Her profession is American TV and film actress. Elizabeth was born in Michigan. Jessica was always interested in film and television industries. As a young model Jessica started her modeling career. She became an actress after the Australian casting director reached out to models to participate in auditions. Jessica landed a worldwide search for the lead role for the film The Outpost. She sent a videotape of herself to the producers which contained her acting, and an additional tape of her training in MMA. Producers asked her to send a swordfighting video. That day after Jessica submitted it. Jessica knew the role she was playing required training in weapons. After having read the script, she recorded her initial session with a professional. Jonathan Glassner says that her stunt team were surprised with how she performed in the initial lesson. This was the first time she had acted in a US big role, as she has previously appeared in Australian movies. The character is based on Jessica's love for action with her mixed disciplines of horse riding, martial arts as well as weaponry skills and athletic abilities enabling her to perform actions and fully embody the strong female character. In Australia she learnt muay Thai and boxing. Jake Stormoen, working on Season 4 of the show and was in the process of meeting a dog who was wandering around the set.
